Action Plan for Security & Safety Has Been Introduced in our Hotel:

  • High Definition Night Vision CCTV installed for 24/7 monitoring for all access points of inside and outside of the hotel which will remain recorded until 10 Days.
  • To secure guests entry and visitor’s we have installed Archway metal detector and Hand held metal detector.
  • At the entry point 24 hours’ standby highly trained professional & Trusted Security Guards.
  • To avoid any incident from vehicle we are using vehicle inspection Mirror.
  • To secure our guest in the lobby, our lobby exterior all partition glasses are Bulletproof.
  • To take any immediate action we always use Walkie-Talkie Radio device.
  • Hotel Shuktara Dhaka is totally Fire protected with highly advanced digital detection and protection system with Fire alarm and Guest room’s notification system.
  • Every guest floor, Common area and Public area has covered with 3 type’s Fire extinguisher CO2, ABC & Mechanical foam with Firehouse for Firefighting.
  • Our employees are officially trained for Fire safety and Firefighting. We are always maintaining International and Bangladesh Government Home Ministry’s guidelines for Safety and Security of our Guests and Employees.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE

 
FIT Reservation

  • Guests can make reservations by calling us directly on our Hotline Number and also through our Digital Media (Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp), or directly at our front office.
  • Check-In Time: 13:00 hrs – 22:00 hrs     Check-Out Time: 12:00 hrs 
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to bed/room availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the Front Office staff. 
  • Rooms not occupied by 22:00 hours will be seen as a No-Show unless a prior arrangement has been made. 
  • For Peak Season, all reservation payments are non-refundable. The definition of the Peak Season period will be determined by a unilateral decision of the Hotel Management. 
  • A full room rate will be chargeable for check-in at 06:00 hours or check-out after 18:00 hours
  • All guests must produce a valid identity document upon check-in; for foreign guests, a valid passport, and for domestic guests, a valid identity card shall be accepted as proof of identity. 
  • Guests checking into the hotel must be at least 21 years of age. 
  • Upon check-in, all guests must register through a guest registration form.  
  • Please note that any change in the guest’s reservation may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees. 
  • Group Guests and Corporate Guests may have some special arrangement based on their contract with Hotel Shuktara Dhaka or based on a unilateral decision of the Hotel Management. 
  • For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at the time of booking, rooms are held until hotel check-out time (11:00 hours) the day following arrival.  
  • For reservations not guaranteed with a form of payment at the time of booking, rooms are held until the set cancellation time per the rules of the reservation.  In the event, more guests arrive than can be accommodated due to hotel overbooking or an unforeseen circumstance, and the hotel is unable to hold rooms consistent with this room hold policy. (Note: Apu Please read if required)

Corporate Reservation (Need to Add More)

  • Corporate Client has to make a reservation with the hotel and the hotel will confirm the reservation subject to availability of room.
  • If for any reason, the requested room category is not available, the hotel will offer an alternative category of rooms and the rate will be applicable for that category of room.
  • The hotel will send reservation confirmation to the client upon receipt of the reservation request in writing or by email.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy: (Important please check and provide your inputs)

  • FIT Bookings: 
  • Guarantee by credit card: The guest is allowed to modify/cancel the reservation by email or fax  
  • At least 10 days before the arrival date – no cancellation fees apply and a refund of the total amount shall be granted. 
  • At least 5 days before the arrival date – 70% refund of the total amount shall be granted. 
  • At least 48 hours before the arrival date – 30% refund of the total amount shall be granted. 
  • If the time for canceling without penalty has passed, the forfeiture amount will be 100%. There may be additional applicable charges and taxes. 
  • The refund policy is based on the total amount of the stay, not on the prepaid 40% to confirm reservation. 
  • In case of proven deaths or accidents, a refund may be granted at the General Manager’s and/or Front Office Manager’s discretion. 
  • In case the guest arrives the day following arrival before check-out time (11:00 hours), the fee for a No-Show for one night’s stay based on the room category booked, shall apply, and the booking for the remaining time shall remain valid. In case the guest arrives the day following arrival after check-out time (11:00 hours), he shall lose the booking

Minimum Notice (Optional Points)

LIMITATIONS ON THIS OFFER

Rates are only valid for 2023. Rates will be applicable after signing the Contract Agreement only.

LIABILITY RESTRICTIONS

 Any unavoidable circumstances, for example, acts of Government strikes, or as a result of any other causes beyond Hotel Shuktara’s control. Hotel Shuktara Dhaka will not be libel for this type of issues

General Terms & Conditions:

#The entire booking request must be communicated to the Hotel in writing (either by letter, or email). The Preferred corporate client will make a reservation with the Hotel and the Hotel will confirm the reservation subject to availability. The Hotel Strongly recommends that all reservations should be guaranteed by Credit Cards. If the hotel has a credit Agreement with the preferred Corporate Client, a signed letter or E-mail sent by an authorized official of the preferred corporate client with payment instructions will serve the purpose as a guarantee.

#Payments of all amounts by Guests and preferred corporate clients to the Hotel shall be in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with the current conversion rate of the Hotel. This conversion rate may change without prior notice.

#All the rates are subject to adding a 10% service charge and 15% VAT (calculated on a compound basis and the actual service charge and VAT is 26.50%) and valid till 31st December ___. If for any reason the Government Duty Structure changes and or the Government imposes additional supplementary duties / Taxes on Hotel service, then the new structure will apply to the quoted rates.

#Our standard Check-In time is: 1300 hours and Check-Out time is 1200 hours. Late Check-Out: Till 3.00pm will charge per hour & 6.00 pm will incur a half-day charge. After 6.00 pm, it will be charged as full day. All late check-outs will be subject to availability (Occupancy, arrivals and Departures).
